Dewberry is a historic home and expansive 480-acre farm located in Beaverdam, Virginia, built in 1833 for Rev. John Cooke, the first rector of the nearby Trinity Church. The estate features a stunning five-part Palladian design and includes formal gardens, a small brick outbuilding, and historical slave quarters. Rev. Cooke's legacy as an avid gardener is evident in the enduring boxwoods from his time. The property has changed hands multiple times, with significant restoration efforts by Samuel Dixon in 1920.
