Originally serving as a savings and loan institution, it has been transformed into an event space known as The Bank Palm Springs. This building is notable for its mid-century modern architecture, featuring a simple white cube design elevated on columns, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and unique interior elements like a floating terrazzo staircase and a curved native rock wall. As part of the Palm Springs financial district, it represents a significant piece of the area's architectural heritage.
