Old Red Museum and John Neely Bryan exhibits

Old Red Museum occupies the historic 1892 Dallas County Courthouse and interprets the history of Dallas and Dallas County. The museum's exhibits include material on John Neely Bryan, recognized as the founder of Dallas, and on other local historical figures. The Romanesque Revival courthouse building is a listed historic landmark and is preserved as a civic museum.
