George P. Lent Investment Properties

The George P. Lent Investment Properties, also known as Firehouse Row, is a historic collection of five Queen Anne style houses in southeast Portland, Oregon. Built in 1893 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1989, these charming 1.5-story homes reflect the Victorian-era architecture and the rapid growth of the area following its annexation by Portland. Located at the corner of Southeast 7th Avenue and Southeast Harrison Streets, they are named for their connection to the adjacent Portland Fire Station No. 23, where firemen once lived. The properties are significant not only for their architectural style but also for their historical ties to the community, including early tenants like firehouse designer Lee G. Holden.
