Genesee County Savings Bank

The Genesee County Savings Bank, located at 352 South Saginaw Street in Flint, Michigan, is a historic office building listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2017. Founded in 1872, the bank expanded significantly over the years, culminating in the construction of this eleven-story limestone building in 1919, designed by Hodgson Brothers of New York City. After various mergers and changes, the building became vacant until its redevelopment into the Downtown Flint Hilton Garden Inn, which now features an Italian American restaurant, a coffee shop, and a rooftop bar.
