Alley Spring Roller Mill

The Alley Spring Roller Mill, also known as Red Mill, is a historic grist mill located in the scenic Ozark National Scenic Riverways near Eminence, Missouri. Built in 1893, this charming 2 1/2-story structure features a limestone block foundation and houses four steel rollers along with a single stone burr. In 2017, it gained further recognition when it was featured on a quarter in the U.S. Mint's America the Beautiful series, showcasing its picturesque design by Ron Sanders. The mill was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in American history and architecture.
