Abcon Complex & Towers is an ambitious planned building complex located in the Upper Hill neighborhood of Nairobi, Kenya. Spanning 3.57 acres, it is set to feature an 18-floor hotel, 17 floors of residential apartments, 22 floors of office space, and extensive parking for 1,320 vehicles. Additionally, the complex will include an amphitheater and retail space across three floors. With a projected construction cost of approximately US$55.5 million, this development is spearheaded by a consortium of seven investors known as Greenfield Developers Limited. Its strategic location, just 3.7 kilometers from Nairobi's central business district, makes it a significant addition to the city's skyline and a point of interest for both tourists and researchers.
