Named after Katherine Sinclair Emery, the estate features distinctive architectural elements such as gable ends, dormers, and intricate half-timbering. Inside, visitors can admire a grand Tudor great hall with elegant oak woodwork and tracery windows. The beautifully landscaped gardens, designed by landscape architects Florence Yoch and Lucile Council, include charming terraces with stone balustrades.
