Dream Garden mosaic in the Curtis Center

Dream Garden is a large glass mosaic created in 1916 from a painting by Maxfield Parrish and fabricated by Tiffany Studios; it is installed in the lobby of the Curtis Center. The mosaic measures approximately 15 by 49 feet and has been accessible to the public in the building since its installation. It was commissioned by Cyrus H.K. Curtis for the Curtis Publishing Company’s offices and remains one of the most famous interior public artworks in Philadelphia.
