Al Sa'adah Towers

Al Sa'adah Towers are striking twin high-rise buildings located in the vibrant Bhendi Bazaar neighborhood of Mumbai, India. Developed by the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust, the towers were part of a significant redevelopment initiative aimed at revitalizing the area, with construction beginning in 2009 and the first phase completed in 2019. Tower A features 36 floors, while Tower B boasts 41 floors, offering a mix of commercial spaces on the lower levels and 610 residential units starting from the ninth floor. This modern complex stands as a symbol of urban renewal in one of Mumbai's historic districts.
