Reunion Arena - Stars' 1999 Stanley Cup clinch

Reunion Arena, the downtown Dallas arena adjacent to Reunion Tower, was the home venue for the NHL's Dallas Stars after the franchise relocated to Dallas in 1993. The Stars clinched the 1999 Stanley Cup in Game 6 of the Final on June 19, 1999 at Reunion Arena, securing Dallas's first Stanley Cup championship. The arena closed in 2008 and was demolished in 2009, but the 1999 championship remains a landmark in Dallas sports history.
