Casa Navarro State Historic Site

Casa Navarro is the restored downtown home of José Antonio Navarro, a Tejano leader and signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence, and is managed as a Texas state historic site. The property includes the 19th-century house and a small museum interpreting Navarro's life and Tejano civic history. The site sits amid downtown blocks near the King William and La Villita areas and can be easy to miss without intent to visit historic house museums.
