The Old Maskinsnedkeri, built in 1920, is a historic industrial building in Hadsund, Denmark, notable for being the city's first machine shop and one of the first to utilize electric-powered machines. Constructed of yellow brick, it showcases early 20th-century technical innovations and is strategically located near the railway station and harbor. The building features a distinctive gable that is a popular photographic subject. Despite plans for demolition in 2013 to make way for a parking lot, local citizens have expressed a strong desire to preserve this architectural gem, which they view as integral to Hadsund's identity and history.
