Riverlawn

Riverlawn, also known as the Cordelia Murray House and Zacharias home, is a historic house located near Mathews, Virginia. Built in 1874, this 2+1⁄2-story frame dwelling showcases vernacular Federal style architecture with a four-over-four central hall floor plan. The property features significant additions and renovations, including updates made in 1929, and includes a contributing well, stone well, and a pair of brick gateposts. Riverlawn was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012, making it a noteworthy site for tourists and researchers interested in Virginia's architectural history.
