15 Canada Square is a striking 14-storey office building located in the heart of Canary Wharf, London, standing at 227 feet tall. Completed in 2010 and inaugurated by Queen Elizabeth II, it is primarily occupied by KPMG and is renowned for its eco-friendly design, having been constructed with recycled materials and achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating. The building features 434,261 sq ft of office space and includes an underground car park for bicycles and cars. Unique highlights include a rooftop beehive with a 'Beecam' for staff to observe the bees, and charity events where employees have abseiled down the building. In 2017, it was sold to Kingboard Investors for £400 million, ensuring KPMG's continued presence with a long-term lease.
