Penn Relays at Franklin Field

The Penn Relays, first held in 1895 at Franklin Field, is the oldest and one of the largest track and field relay carnivals in the United States. Hosted annually by the University of Pennsylvania, the multi-day meet features high school, collegiate, and professional teams, including international competitors, competing in relay and individual track events. The event is a major competitive highlight on Franklin Field's calendar each spring.
