Nordic Museum (Ballard)

The Nordic Museum relocated to a new purpose-built facility in Ballard and reopened in May 2018. The museum at this location contains permanent and rotating galleries focused on Nordic art, design, folk traditions, and material culture, including significant displays of textile and decorative arts. It is the largest museum in the United States dedicated to the history and culture of the Nordic countries and mounts exhibitions by contemporary Nordic and Pacific Northwest artists.
