Baldersbæk

Baldersbæk is a historic townhouse and expansive forest estate located 25 km northwest of Vejen, Denmark. Established in the 1890s by Holger Petersen, it features the largest of the 'Copenhagener Plantations,' aimed at improving soil quality in Western Jutland. The estate includes Villa Baldersbæk, built in 1910, and a beautifully designed park with monuments by sculptor Anders Bundgaard, including a statue of Petersen and the notable Three-Hundreds-Stone. The park, which is open to the public, offers a serene environment with winding paths, a carp pond, and historical sculptures, making it a fascinating destination for tourists and researchers alike.
