Cornucopia, also known as the John and Mary Price Farm, is a historic house and farm near Middletown, Delaware, built around 1845. This 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay L-shaped dwelling showcases vernacular Greek Revival architecture, featuring a gable roof and a distinctive tetra-style verandah on brick piers. The property includes several outbuildings such as a meat/dairy house, various barns, and poultry sheds, reflecting its agricultural heritage. Cornucopia was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
