The Albert (Detroit)

The Albert, formerly known as the Griswold Building, is a historic site located at 1214 Griswold Street in Downtown Detroit. Originally built in 1929 as an office space, it has undergone several transformations, including a conversion to senior apartments in the 1980s and a renovation in 2014 that created 127 market-rate apartments along with retail space.
