Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God, Volkovskoye

The Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God is an Orthodox church located in Kamensk-Uralsky, Sverdlovsk oblast, Russia. Originally established in 1849 as a wooden structure, it underwent several renovations before a stone church was built between 1914 and 1916 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Patriotic War of 1812. After being closed in 1936 and repurposed for various uses during the Soviet era, the church was returned to the faithful in 1987 and has since undergone significant restoration.
