Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign

Designed by Betty Willis and installed in 1959, the 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas' sign is a roadside landmark on Las Vegas Boulevard South. The sign stands roughly 25 feet tall and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. It remains a frequently visited photo stop for tourists and a recognizable symbol of the city.
