Daniels & Fisher Tower - early Denver skyscraper

The Daniels & Fisher Tower, completed in 1911 as part of the Daniels & Fisher department store, rises 325 feet and was one of the tallest buildings in the western United States at the time of its completion. The clock-tower landmark once housed retail and offices for the department store and has since been repurposed for offices and event space while remaining a prominent downtown Denver landmark near Larimer Square. Its historic tower and clock are frequently noted in accounts of Denver's early-20th-century growth.
