Spruce Street Harbor Park - seasonal waterfront pop-up

Spruce Street Harbor Park is a seasonal urban park on the Delaware River waterfront featuring floating gardens, hammocks, food vendors, and lights, operated as part of the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation's public-programming initiatives. Since its opening in 2014 it has become a recurring summer attraction drawing locals and tourists for recreation and food culture along Penn’s Landing.
