Ashelford Hall, built in 1925 in Esmond, Illinois, is a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1995. Originally a vibrant community center, it hosted the Esmond Men's Community Club and various entertainment events, including dances and performances. The building served as a meeting place for the South Grove Grange, facilitating discussions on farming techniques. Although currently under private ownership and primarily used for storage, it once operated as an antique store, reflecting its rich history and community significance.
