The Cruise Room is an Art Deco cocktail bar located inside the Oxford Hotel; its interior was installed in 1933 and the space is styled to resemble a shipboard lounge. Because it occupies a hotel interior rather than a prominent street storefront, it is often noted as a tucked-away historic bar in Denver. The Cruise Room is associated historically with the end of Prohibition in Denver and is a longstanding downtown watering hole.
