Indiana Michigan Power Center

The Indiana Michigan Power Center, standing at 442 feet and 27 stories, is the tallest office building in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the tallest reinforced concrete structure in the state. Designed by Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo and Associates, it features a modern architectural style that creates the illusion of two separate buildings. Originally part of a larger downtown development plan in the late 1970s, only this tower was completed due to financial setbacks. The building houses major tenants including Indiana Michigan Power and JPMorgan Chase, and has undergone renovations to enhance its facilities. A plaza surrounding the building hosts community events and food trucks, making it a vibrant part of Fort Wayne's downtown landscape.
