Melaka Planetarium

The Melaka Planetarium, officially known as the Melaka Planetarium Adventure Science Centre, is an intriguing destination located in Ayer Keroh, Malacca, Malaysia. Opened on August 10, 2009, it showcases stunning Islamic architecture and features a unique landing UFO. Spanning 0.7 hectares and comprising three floors, the planetarium is divided into four sections focusing on astronomy, outer space, simulation, and physics. Visitors can explore the wonders of the cosmos, the history of astronomy, and various engaging exhibits. Unfortunately, the planetarium has been declared unsafe since 2019 due to structural issues, but it remains a notable landmark in the region's rich cultural and scientific landscape.
