Swalwell Cottage

Swalwell Cottage, located at 2712 Pine Street in Everett, Washington, is a historic house designed by architect Frederick A. Sexton, showcasing a blend of Stick–Eastlake and Shingle architectural styles. Built between 1891 and 1892, it served as the home of Alfred W. Swalwell, whose family played a significant role in the early development of Everett during a land boom. The cottage is one of the oldest residences in the city and is notable for retaining its architectural character. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, making it a point of interest for tourists and researchers alike.
