Fowler's Warehouse

Fowler's Warehouse, also known as the Fremantle Furniture Factory, is a heritage-listed building in Fremantle, Western Australia, constructed in 1900. Designed by local architect Frederick William Burwell, it served as the main premises for D. & J. Fowler Ltd. The building features a mix of offices, a warehouse, an engine room, packing facilities, a coffee roasting house, stables, and sheds, extending from Henry Street to Pakenham Street. After being purchased by the City of Fremantle in 1971, it was leased to a wool stores company, and underwent restoration in the early 1990s, preserving its historical significance and architectural charm, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
