Bullock Texas State History Museum

The Bullock Texas State History Museum at 1800 Congress Ave opened in 2001 and presents exhibits about the history and culture of Texas through artifacts, multimedia displays, and rotating galleries. The museum includes the Spirit of Texas Theater, an IMAX-capable auditorium used for educational films and special presentations. It is named for former Texas Lieutenant Governor Bob Bullock and is part of the state's history museum system.
