Waggoner Mansion

The Waggoner Mansion, also known as El Castile, is a historic Victorian-style mansion located in Decatur, Texas. Built in 1883 for Daniel Waggoner, the mansion features sixteen rooms and spans over thirteen acres of land. It was inherited by his son, William Thomas Waggoner, and later purchased in 1942 by Phil and Mrs. Luker. The mansion is recognized for its architectural significance and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
