Petersburg Tollhouse

The Petersburg Tollhouse, located in Addison, Pennsylvania, is a historic landmark that served as the first tollhouse for travelers on the National Road heading west into Pennsylvania. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, it is one of only three surviving tollhouses from the National Pike. Visitors can explore this piece of history, which is owned by the Great Crossings Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, by appointment.
