Warner Apartment Building

The Warner Apartment Building, constructed in 1900 in Davenport, Iowa, was a notable historic structure known for its Victorian architectural style. Designed by dentist Dr. Fay L. Warner, the three-story brick building featured distinctive round arch entrances and a deep corbelled cornice frieze. It was recognized for its elegant façade and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Although the building has since been demolished, it remains a significant part of Davenport's architectural history, reflecting the city's development during the early 20th century.
