Burnett House (Searcy, Arkansas)

The Burnett House, a historic I-house built around 1870, was located in rural White County, Arkansas, near Searcy. Notable for its two-story design, side gable roof, and a full-width porch supported by Craftsman-style posts, it exemplified the vernacular architecture of the region. The house was recognized for its historical significance by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. Unfortunately, it has since been recorded as destroyed, making it a poignant reminder of the area's architectural heritage.
