Arthur Cook Building

The Arthur Cook Building, constructed in 1928, is a historic warehouse located in the Central Business District of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Designed by architect David Webster, this three-storey brick and concrete structure originally served the Saskatoon Cartage and Warehouse Company, providing fireproof storage for valuable freight. Designated as a historic building in 2011, it showcases 1920s warehouse architecture with thick exterior walls and minimal alterations over the years. After being purchased by the City of Saskatoon in 1978, it housed the city's central stores and archives. In 2010, it was renovated into commercial and office space by North Ridge Development Corporation, now featuring modern amenities while retaining its historical significance. The building is home to various tenants, including a law firm and an IT solutions company, making it a vibrant part of the city's warehouse district.
