Fowler's Warehouse

Fowler's Warehouse, also known as the Fremantle Furniture Factory, is a heritage-listed building in Fremantle, Western Australia, constructed in 1900. Designed by local architect Frederick William Burwell, it served as the main premises for D. & J. Fowler Ltd. The building features a mix of offices, a warehouse, an engine room, packing and coffee roasting facilities, stables, and sheds, extending from Henry Street to Pakenham Street. After being purchased by the City of Fremantle in 1971, it was leased to a wool stores company and underwent restoration in the early 1990s, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
