Dharubaaruge

Dharubaaruge, also known as the Dharubaaruge Convention Centre, is a prominent government building located in Malé, Maldives. Constructed in 1990 to host the 5th SAARC Summit, this convention centre has undergone renovations in 2014 and 2024. It features three main halls and has served various significant functions, including as a voting centre and a National Emergency Operation Centre during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, it houses the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure, and the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy, making it a vital hub for governmental activities in the Maldives.
