The William and Agnes Gilkerson Farm, also known as Kitchel Hill Farm, is a historic site located in Barnet, Vermont. Established in the late 18th century by Scottish immigrants, this farmstead features a remarkable rubblestone farmhouse, one of the finest in the region. The property spans 60 acres of hillside farmland and includes a main house, barn, sugar house, and additional outbuildings. The main house, built by William Gilkerson for his bride Agnes, offers stunning views of the Connecticut River valley and the White Mountains.
