Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library

The Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library on the University of Texas campus opened in 1971 and houses the presidential records and artifacts of the 36th U.S. president. Its collections include presidential papers, photographs, oral histories, and a replica of the Oval Office from the Johnson administration. The library is part of the Presidential Library system administered by the National Archives and is adjacent to the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
