Edward M. Kennedy Institute - only museum dedicated to the U.S. Senate

The Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate opened in 2015 on the University of Massachusetts Boston campus and is the only museum in the United States devoted exclusively to the U.S. Senate. The institute features a full-scale re-creation of the Senate chamber used for educational simulations and exhibits about the Senate's history and functions. It operates as a museum and civic education center focused on legislative process and civic engagement.
