San Francisco City Hall (Beaux-Arts dome)

San Francisco City Hall, rebuilt after the 1906 earthquake and opened in 1915, is a Beaux-Arts civic building with a dome that rises higher than the U.S. Capitol's dome. The building houses the office of the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors and is a frequent venue for public ceremonies and weddings.
