McMenamins Kennedy School - repurposed neighborhood school

McMenamins Kennedy School is a former elementary school converted into a hotel, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and soaking pool by the McMenamins chain. Classrooms have been turned into themed guest rooms and the campus retains school-era architecture and outdoor gathering spaces. The site functions as a neighborhood entertainment hub and is commonly used by Portland residents for concerts, private parties, and casual dining.
