Ravenshurst

Ravenshurst, a historic house located in Glen Arm, Baltimore County, Maryland, showcases Carpenter Gothic architecture and was constructed between 1854 and 1857. This unique 2+1⁄2-story board-and-batten structure was an addition to a stone building believed to date back to around 1800. Although it tragically burned down on October 31, 1985, Ravenshurst was recognized for its historical significance and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, making it a noteworthy site for tourists and researchers interested in Maryland's architectural heritage.
