O. Henry House (William Sidney Porter residence)

The O. Henry House is a Victorian-era frame residence where author William Sidney Porter (O. Henry) lived in the 1890s. The house has been preserved as the O. Henry Museum and interprets the author’s life and the residential architecture of late 19th-century Austin. It is located in downtown Austin near the historic Sixth Street area.
