Greenlands Guest House

Greenlands Guesthouse, located in Begumpet, Hyderabad, is a heritage structure built in 1927 originally as a retreat for the Nizam's family. It served as the official residence for Andhra Pradesh's chief ministers from 1952 to 1982 before becoming a state guesthouse. The building is notable for its architectural design, featuring a ground-plus-one-storey layout with spacious rooms, a large hall, and beautifully landscaped grounds shaded by mature trees. Designated as a heritage site in 1998, it has undergone renovations to modernize its facilities while preserving its historical significance, making it an interesting visit for tourists and researchers alike.
