Theo Chocolate's Fremont bean-to-bar factory

Theo Chocolate was founded in Seattle in 2005 and opened its Fremont factory and visitor center at its current location in 2006. It is recognized as the first organic and fair-trade certified bean-to-bar chocolate maker in the United States. The Fremont location offers public factory tours and on-site tastings that trace chocolate production from cocoa bean to finished bar.
