150 Nassau Street

150 Nassau Street, also known as the Park Place Tower, is a historic 23-story residential building located in Manhattan's Financial District. Completed in 1895, it was originally the headquarters of the American Tract Society and is notable for being one of the first skyscrapers built with a steel skeleton. The building features Romanesque and Renaissance Revival architectural styles, with a distinctive facade that includes arched windows and decorative terracotta details. It was designated a city landmark in 1999 and is part of the Fulton–Nassau Historic District. Today, the upper floors have been converted into condominiums, making it a unique blend of history and modern living in a vibrant area near New York City Hall and other notable landmarks.
