Providence Park (historic Multnomah Stadium)

Originally opened in 1926 as Multnomah Stadium, Providence Park is a long-serving sports stadium in southwest Portland that has hosted a variety of events across nearly a century. It is the home stadium for Major League Soccer's Portland Timbers and the National Women’s Soccer League's Portland Thorns FC. The stadium's repeated renovations and retained historic elements make it a distinctive example of an evolving civic sports facility in the city.
