Surety Building

The Surety Building, located in downtown Muskogee, Oklahoma, is a historic eight-story skyscraper built in 1910 for the Southern Surety Company. As the first skyscraper in Eastern Oklahoma, it showcases Sullivanesque Chicago Style architecture with ornate features. Originally serving as office space for various professionals, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. In 2006, the building was transformed into affordable senior-living apartments, offering a unique blend of history and modern living.
